OWL Lava Top Coat 

For excellent water resistance as well as an optimum optical effect, the topcoat is applied over the main Lava 20 waterproofing membrane for a decorative and durable finish.

Lava 20 Top Coat is one-component, non-yellowing, deeply penetrating, UV-stable varnish with excellent adhesion to almost all surfaces. Provides excellent chemical resistance, especially to salt water spray, ice dissolving salts and detergents. It also provides high abrasion resistance for pedestrians and car traffic

Simple steps for waterproofing and topcoat / anti-skid:

1. Apply Lava Primer
2. Waterproof with LAVA 20
3. Apply a transparent / dark grey top coat (non-slip)
4. Spray/sprinkle the white Quartz or Flake top coat while Top Coat still wet
5. Remove any excess then seal with more topcoat
